External remodeling projects need approval by the board.  Submit your request to the secretary: elahoasecretary@gmail.com Details on getting board approval can be found in the CC&R.   We kindly ask that you request to meet with board members first and then submit your project request after providing an overview of the project. We feel this makes it easier on all involved, improving communication and helping projects move forward.

Internal remodels do not require board approval

All home BASE exteriors must be painted using Dunn Edwards Navaho White DEC772.

The following are the approved exterior TRIM colors:  Dunn Edwards Sycamore Stand DEC781 Courtyard Green DEC776 Dried Chive DE6272 Bison Beige DEC750 Tea Bag DE6062 Deep Brown DE6077 Castlerock DE6375 Charcoal Smudge DE6370 Dark Jet DE6378.  

Garage doors must match Navajo White as close as possible.  Front doors may be painted any color.
