Please contact the board for guidance on specifications for the approved paint colors

All home BASE exteriors must be painted using Dunn Edwards Navaho White DEC772.

Only one trim color may be used. The following are the approved exterior TRIM colors:

Garage doors must match Navajo White as closely as possible.  Front doors may be painted any color.
